Magus Engineering History
Magus Engineering Limited (MEL) was founded in 1986 by Dave Magus. Starting as a 'one-man shop,' Dave aimed to provide safe and efficient drilling and completion operations. His wife, Donna Magus, played a crucial role in the company's growth by managing the administration. This support allowed Dave to focus on expanding operations.
The company grew rapidly, primarily through word of mouth and Dave's strong reputation. In 1992, Steve Magus joined MEL, initially working in the field before moving into the office to assist with managing operations. Jeff Magus joined in 1998, and by 2001, Steve and Jeff had taken over the company.
MEL was founded on the premise that we will keep busy if we do a good job for our customers and still operates on this philosophy today.
